The Bachelorette

Ali Fedotowsky on Bachelor Final 4: It Doesn’t Mean Sean Is Totally Into Them

Of all the ladies in Sean Lowe’s Bachelor Season 17 lady harem, the final four are definitely the cream of the lady crop. Sure, there have been other favorites throughout the season — Lesley Murphy started as our fave and still is our #1 girl crush — but we’re pretty proud of how the blond-eyebrowed one has narrowed down his mall-quality starting bunch to the couture gems. But just because Catherine Giudici, AshLee Frazier, Lindsay Yenter, and Desiree Hartsock are still in the running for the ring doesn’t mean they all have great connections with Sean.

What’s that you say? Poppycock? Wrong. Well, okay, based on how amazing these four seem on screen, it is possible that Sean has a chaste pants tent for each girl. But according to former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky, it’s not as gradated as you might think (Read: Top 5 is not liked 20% less than Top 4 etc). In fact, it may be that Sean just likes one girl and the rest are simply pretty good TV.

Just because someone is in the top five, top four, top three, that doesn't necessarily mean that Sean is totally into them,” Ali dishes. “I have a ton of respect for and adore a bunch of the guys from my season, but was only really romantically into two of them the entire show. It only takes one. Keep that in mind while watching this show. I believe this show can work, but that one and only one has to be there.”

I am one of those Bachelor/Bachelorettes that knew my top two the very first night and I have to say that it is extremely difficult to go through the process and date a bunch of other people when you know who you are most interested in,” Ali spills.

So, why keep the rest around at all? Because it’s a television show, guys. Lest we forget, this isn’t just ABC’s generous fairy godmothering at telegenic work.
