After the dramatic season 3 finale, the young moms and their families sat down with Dr. Drew to discuss and reflect on their journeys over the past year. When the kids sat down to join their parents at the end of the show, Dr. Drew asked about a mark on Isaac’s cheek, wondering if it was a lipstick mark.
“That’s from Aubree,” Kailyn was quick to point out. Uh-oh, looks like little Aubree bit Isaac on the cheek! Aubree admitted it to it, saying “I bite cheeks," which got her laughs from the audience and the rest of the cast. Kailyn didn’t seem upset and neither did Dr. Drew, but nonetheless, Chelsea received some backlash on her Twitter after the special aired.
“Brat in the making,” one fan tweeted. “Biting is not cute.” Chelsea jumped to her daughter’s defense and responded, “Nobody said that biting was cute.”
Fans were divided on Twitter — some criticized Chelsea’s parenting, while others were quick to jump to the young mom's (and Aubree's) defense, assuring her that biting is a normal phase that many kids go through.
Most fans pointed out how adorable Aubree was and loved how she hammed it up for the audience. “Your baby girl is a star,” one fan tweeted, and proud mama Chelsea agreed.
