Robbie Williams’ New Song Made Baby Spit Up

Is Robbie Williams’ daughter a budding music critic? The pop star dad didn’t exactly get the reaction he was hoping for when he wrote his first song for 5 month-old Theodora.

Robbie penned the track “Go Gentle” for Theodora — his first child with wife Ayda Field — but when he sang it to the tot, she vomited. Aw, it happens to all dads, Robbie!

"Teddy got her first song. It's called 'Go Gentle,’” he wrote on his blog. “But it might be called something else by the time it comes out. I sang it to her as we walked around the estate. She was in a papoose so she was a captive audience. I think she liked it, then she threw up. Tough room."

While he’s been working on new music, Robbie has also been working on losing some extra pounds with a new diet and fitness regime. The “Candy'” singer turns 39 today, and it seems he’s realized he has to be far more careful about what he eats.

"I went on a diet — knocked out sugar (processed) and dairy. Lost 24 lbs,” he wrote on his blog. "Seeing as 40 is just around the corner it's time to go all yoga and lentils. Who knows where it could all end."

Don’t worry Robbie — we think you look pretty darn good for your age!
