Teen Mom

Jenelle Evans’s Baby Daddy Andrew Lewis Demands to See Jace!

Jenelle Evans's baby daddy, Andrew Lewis, made quite the impression when he emerged from his man cave for a therapeutic bonding session with Dr. Drew on Teen Mom 2's Season 3 finale. Mostly because he was rocking a slicked-back mullet, and it was completely amazing.

Sure, Andrew hasn't been the most present father figure in baby Jace's life, but he's determined to get involved — especially in the wake of Jenelle's alleged drug use, rehab stints, and upcoming divorce. “I didn’t know how permanent it [my separation from Jace] would be,” he tells In Touch. “This is the right time for me to get involved.”

Andrew claims that Jenelle's ever-changing love life is bad for their kiddo. “She’s confusing her own child,” he says. “One moment she’s with this guy, next moment she’s with that guy, next moment she’s with this guy. You’re confusing your own son. Why would you want to do that?”

While Andrew might have a point, he should probably remember that Jenelle doesn't have custody of Jace. This little dude is living with Barbara Evans, who is more than protective when it comes to caring for her grandson. But apparently Babs won't let Andrew anywhere near his child!

“I contacted Barbara, I contacted Jenelle, they would never tell me anything about him,” he says. “A year ago, I contacted Barbara out of the blue. I said ‘Hey Barbara, how are you, how’s Jace? And I was thinking about coming to visit, is it OK?'’ She said ‘no,' and that’s it.”

Hmmm, maybe the reason Babs and Jenelle don't want Andrew around Jace is due to his history of domestic violence (Andrew admitted to hitting Jenelle during Teen Mom 2's Seaspm 3 reunion special). Do you think he should fight for custody?
