Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Taylor Armstrong Drinking a Problem?
In Season 3 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Taylor Armstrong has been doing her fair share of drinking. Brandi Glanville claimed the blonde reality was “seemingly drunk” at a birthday party for Kyle Richards’s daughter Portia. Then Yolanda Foster expressed her distaste for Taylor’s tipsy behavior at her dinner party. On episode 14 tonight, the spotlight turns once again to Taylor's possible issues with alcohol. At least a few of her castmates became concerned about Taylor's drinking earlier in the season. In unseen footage from Season 3, Episode 5, “Girls Gone Ojai’ld,” Lisa Vanderpump decided to confront Taylor about her drinking. “I just feel that maybe I need to address something very lightly with Taylor,” Lisa explained to the camera. With Kyle watching, Lisa told Taylor, “I see you’re not coping well.” Taylor agreed but added, “It’s a good thing I’m not living in a cardboard box on the corner after all I’ve been through.” She insisted she was fine, though she has had good days and bad days. In November, an insider told Wetpaint Entertainment about Lisa’s intervention, saying, “They all think her drinking has grown out of control… Everyone just hopes it makes it to air so Taylor’s problem can finally be out in the open.” The ladies didn’t exactly get their wish, and the insider doesn’t think Lisa’s attempt worked. “I don’t think Taylor’s gotten healthier since the intervention,” the insider says. “I think she’s just gotten a little smarter. For the rest of the season, she tries to watch herself when the cameras are around — but as soon as they’re done filming, I’ve seen her start to drink more heavily again. When she’s not filming, she does what she wants.”
In an appearance on Watch What Happens Live! after the episode, Taylor joked that, on a scale from one to 10, she was maybe a six that night in Ojai.
Tune in for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 3, Episode 14 tonight to see what happens when Taylor's drinking is brought into the light again...
