Jennifer Lawrence is nominated for an Oscar this year, but she tells more! magazine that fame can sometimes make you feel alone.
"There are sacrifices with any job," the 22-year-old Hunger Games star admits. "With this one, you're in a long-distance relationship with pretty much everybody in your life."
“It's hard sometimes — it's obviously a very lonely life, but it's still worth it," Jennifer adds.
Jennifer recently broke up with boyfriend Nicholas Hoult, and it appears that she's still stinging from that split.
So what is she looking for in a guy?
"It's all about chemistry," J-Law admits. "You can meet somebody and sparks fly immediately, and you're attracted right away — that totally happens.
“Or you can meet another where yes, they're funny, nice and a great person, but you just don't have chemistry," she says. "And without that it just doesn't work."
Of course, she is the frontrunner for Best Actress at tonight's Oscars for her amazing performance in Silver Linings Playbook, which we imagine will put her in a good mood.
However, she has said that she's not a big fan of walking the red carpet at Hollywood events.
"Trust me, the red carpet is not fun," she claims. "I'm really bad at walking in heels, and I don't like people shouting at me — and that's pretty much all it is."
"It is nice to have a pretty dress but as soon as I start walking I'm miserable," Jennifer continues. "When I'm in high heels, I feel like an ogre."
An ogre? Hardly!
And we're wishing Jennifer the best of luck tonight! With any luck, she'll have a new man to take home — although he'll be plated in gold and be about a foot tall.
