The Bachelor

Bachelor Sean Lowe Sends AshLee Frazier Home in Thailand!

The Bachelor Season 17 has basically been a marathon of endurance sports and heart-to-hearts. The fantasy suites were no different; Sean Lowe took each of his final three ladies on one-on-one dates that tested both their physical and emotional stamina. No one was more challenged than AshLee Frazier, who faced both a literal and metaphorical darkened cave with bravery. In the end, Sean opted to send AshLee home — and she was so livid she left without speaking to him.

Prior to the rose ceremony, Sean was obviously grappling with his decision. “I wanted to be the man who loved her forever, that’s what I really wanted, but I just know that I’m not the man to be. And I’m just worried because I know she will not be okay after today.”

Facing his final three girls, Sean looked terrified and humbled and sad. “This week does bring up painful memories for me,” Sean said, fighting back tears. “This was the week Emily sent me home in Curacao. I was blindsided by it and didn’t see it coming. My worst fear is that the same thing will happen today.”

“I hope you realize how much you mean to me and how hard and difficult it was to make this decision.” Lindsay Yenter adorably muttered an expletive under her breath, but was the first one given a rose. Leaving only one rose left, Sean bowed his head and Catherine closed her eyes and sighs heavily, while AshLee stared right at Sean.

“Catherine, will you accept this rose?” AshLee then basically looked like she was stabbing Sean with her eyes, and then abruptly walked out of the room. Sean followed her in an attempt to explain himself, but she just slow-blinked as he tried to say goodbye. “I thought it was you from the very beginning, this was honestly the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make.”

And with that, AshLee said “'kay” and walked around Sean and got in the car. We can’t wait to see what she has to say about this moment at next week’s “Women Tell All” special — and if she’s still heartbroken over losing Sean.
