We happen to think Sean Lowe is the hottest Bachelor rose-doler in history. But even those of you who question his red-to-skin ratio, or who don’t trust a man with less eyebrowage than his ladies must have noticed that the man is a total beefcake (just ask Catherine Giudici).
Obviously, the dude works out. We can tell by the gratuitous upshots ABC frequents on telecasts of The Bachelor, as well as the fact that we have eyes and he is buff. But besides pumping iron with a demanding personal trainer, like, eighty-four times a week, and possibly selling his soul to look as good as he does, Sean has a super secret workout secret. Well, when Sean stopped by the Kari Feinstein Style Lounge Pre-Academy Award Suite at the W Hotel Hollywood, he revealed to LYFE Kitchen that he weighs his protein to exactly 6 oz. on his home food scale to maintain his weight. Wow, and he eliminated uber-organizer AshLee Frazier? Seems like they would have been perfect together...
