Brandi Glanville: Brandi hits the gym three times a week, but admits her diet isn’t exactly the greatest. Still, she says she loves to exercise. “It’s almost like a therapeutical thing, I need it just to de-stress and release,” she says. We don’t doubt that on a show like this!
Adrienne Maloof: “I believe in everything in moderation,” Adrienne says, adding that she watches her caloric intake and gets a workout in at least five times a week, “Even if it’s late at night.” Midnight kickboxing, anyone?
Dana Wilkey: “I certainly don’t have the body that the rest of my friends have,” Dana says. “But I do the best that I can.” And for Dana “I-don’t-like-vegetables” Wilkey, that means fasting and taking vitamin supplements. If she does feel like hitting the gym, the best way for her to lose weight is by running her butt off — literally.
Kyle Richards: If Kyle notices her clothes getting a little tight, this brunette beauty (and mother of four) says she’ll exercise and cut back on carbs. “I just try to stay healthy without going crazy,” she says. Sound advice!
Kim Richards: I eat a lot of fruit,” Kim reveals to BravoTV.com. “I put a big bowl together with cut-up plums, nectarines, grapes, watermelon, and tangerines.” She even works out her arms by making fresh-squeezed orange juice and lemonade.
Lisa Vanderpump: At 5’5” and 122 pounds, this restaurant owner admits food is her passion and that she “lives to eat, not eats to live.” That being said, Lisa isn’t above wearing Spanx “to hold it all in” — but that doesn’t mean she’s let herself go. “I go on the treadmill every day, but I don’t have a trainer,” she says. She also tries to cut back on carbs, especially in the wee hours of the night.
Taylor Armstrong: Arguably the tiniest of the bunch, this petite mother of one says she usually exercises with her daughter. Taylor and 5-year-old Kennedy often spend time doing things they both love, such as rollerblading and riding bikes. “I try to incorporate my mommy time with my workout time,” she says.
