JWOWW Goes Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free — Is This Her New Diet? (PHOTO)

JWOWW has always had a fabulous body, in part thanks to her awesome workout routine and intense diets. And clearly, her hard work has paid off, as she has rock-hard abs and a healthy, toned physique.

Recently, Jenni experimented with the Paleo diet (aka the Caveman Diet), only eating fruits, veggies, nuts, meats, and seafood that hunter-gatherers thrived on, and indulged in gluten-free snacks.

As far as we know, she doesn’t eat bread, so we were a bit surprised when she Instagrammed a big slice of cake covered in chocolate strawberries. Jenni captioned the pic on the right, “Gluten free and dairy free vanilla strawberry cake with chocolate covered strawberries yummmmm."

Is Jenni on a gluten-free and dairy-free diet now?! The cake may be void of gluten and dairy, but it’s definitely not sugar-free, which technically doesn’t go along with the Paleo diet. We’re glad that despite her strict dieting regime, she lets herself indulge once in a while. And hey, the strawberries are healthy!
