Pretty Little Liars

Pretty Little Liars Synopsis For Season 3, Episode 23: “I’m Your Puppet”

The episode synopsis for Pretty Little Liars' penultimate episode of the season, “I’m Your Puppet,” and it sheds some light on what our Little Liars will be up to going into the Season 3 finale. Judging by the episode’s title and the fact that “‘A’ continues to play each girl is forced into difficult positions,” they will not be having an easy time of it (per the usual).

Aria (Lucy Hale) will still be seriously considering the future of her relationship with Ezra (Ian Harding) as “his family situation continues to eat away at her.” Sounds like Maggie and Malcolm are still in Rosewood, then. Given that Ezra’s family has been the focus of Aria’s storyline in Season 3B, we’re guessing this is going to have a big payoff in the last few episodes. Maybe Aria and Ezra will break up? Perhaps “A” will use Ezra’s family against Aria?

While we’re on the subject on boyfriend family drama, it looks like Hanna (Ashley Benson) will be dealing with her fair share. She is “thrown into the middle of Caleb's family drama when Jamie's shady past comes back to haunt him.” That’s what happens when you steal money from churches, Jamie! Let’s hope Hanna can sort this out without Jamie breaking Caleb’s heart.

Meanwhile, Emily (Shay Mitchell) is still trying to prove that Spencer is wrong about Toby’s betrAyal/death in the hopes of helping her friend. Bless her! But the synopsis warns that “she might not be ready for what she finds.” Uh oh. We hope this alludes neither to confirmation of Toby’s evilness nor his death. We’ll accept pretty much anything else at this point.

And it looks like poor Spencer (Troian Bellisario) is still in Radley...but that doesn’t mean she has stopped looking for answers of her own. This time, Spence is delving deeper into Mona’s stay at the sanitarium. It seems that she may be operating under the strategy: the best way to know your enemy is to become your enemy. She’s nothing if not committed! (Pun perhaps intended.)

“I’m Your Puppet” sounds like it has the makings for an excellent episode. We can’t wait to find out who is pulling the strings!
