Pretty Little Liars Season 3 Finale Spoiler: Ali Is “Very Much in It”
Who’s the girl in the red coat? One of the more popular theories surrounding the enigmatic character on Pretty Little Liars is that the hooded figure is actually Alison (Sasha Pieterse) — or her twin. We know the identity of Red Coat will be revealed in the Season 3 finale, but will Ali make an appearance?
Thanks to this spoiler-y new info from showrunner Marlene King, we has an answer: Yes!
When a fan asked for any intel on Alison in the Season 3 finale on Twitter, Marlene responded, “She is very much in it.” Does this mean Ali is the girl in the red coat? Could she have faked her own death?
Troian Bellisario recently told Entertainment Weekly, “There’s something about the ‘Red Coat’ that they all recognize as part of their past.” Not to mention the title of the Season 4 premiere is “A Is for A-l-i-v-e.”
PLL producer Oliver Goldstick seemed to confirm our suspicions when he told EW Red Coat is “who you might think, yes,” but added: “It’s not definitive. The finale is a shocker.”
This makes us think it will be Sasha in the red coat, but we won’t find out until Season 4 if she is playing Ali or her twin. We’re not sure if our hearts can take that kind of hiatus suspense!
But we won’t have to wait too long. Production on Season 4 has already begun! Do you think Ali is the girl in the red coat? Sound off in the comments below!
