Russell Brand Sued For $185,000 After Pedestrian Accident
This must’ve been some accident.
Last year, a man named Victor Sneed sued Russell Brand, claiming Russell was driving "negligently" when he hit Victor and caused serious damage.
At the time, TMZ said Victor sued for more than $25,000. Now, TMZ says Victor has filed new documents alleging $185,000 in damages from the accident. (!) He said he’s paid $45,000 in medical expenses and needs $140,000 for future surgeries. He allegedly hurt his left hand, left arm, left hip, neck and left wrist.
According to TMZ, Russell says he’s not to blame for the accident. (Who is to blame for the high cost of surgery?) This pedestrian incident supposedly happened back in January 2012, so this has been going on for more than a year now.
