Bachelor Sean Lowe Didn’t Know Who He’d Pick Until the Day He Proposed
Sean Lowe made the biggest decision of his Bachelor life when he got down on his knees in the monkey-infested forests of Thailand and asked one lucky lady to be his bride. This dude had the emotional task of choosing between Lindsay Yenter and Catherine Giudici, and he didn't make up his mind until the morning he popped the question! Which probably makes his bride to be feel great... Not.
"Even on the morning of the proposal, he was still thinking about what to do," a source tells Us Weekly. Faced with the impossible (MISSION impossible, if you will) Sean took Lindsay and Catherine aside and grilled them off camera. "These weren't loving chats," the source says. "These were nervous, freaked-out chats. … They discussed faith, family and what their futures would look like."
Sean had some very specific ideas about what he wanted in a bride, and it was vital that he picked the gal who would best fit his needs. The real question? Did he force them to have Thai fertility tests?
"Sean's not someone who just got caught up in the moment," a source tells tells Us. "He was serious about finding a wife, and he didn't want to make the wrong decision."
Despite all this internal conflict (so many manmotions, so little time) Sean ended up asking one of his gals to be his bride, and we'll find out her identity during The Bachelor Season 17 finale (which goes down at 8pm ET on ABC).
