In addition, E.L. will include a foreword, excerpts from Fifty Shades of Grey, and an inspirational playlist that helped her when she was writing the best-selling trilogy.
E.L. admittedly has a special connection to journal writing, as her books started as fan fiction.
“Her personal story as a writer is inspirational to many women, and journaling has been an important part of her creative process from the start," explains the book's publisher.
If we were a bit more cynical than we actually are, we might suggest that it seems E.L. is basically getting paid to release a new book that's kind of just cashing in on the success of her previous books. Luckily, being cynical just isn't our thing.
Still, we do think it's great that E.L. is encouraging women to seek out creative expression, not to mention their inner sexiness.
Plus, maybe you can use this book to write a story about Christian Grey falling in love with you. Nothing wrong with that.
