A doc questions his future. According to the official synopsis, "the discord and chaos created by the hospital's new management team causes one physician to question his future at Seattle Grace." Based on this sneak peek, that doctor is Owen (Kevin McKidd), who quits, at least as chief, in a bout of frustration after finding out the board is thinking about replacing him.
Chaos in the hospital. Meanwhile, "the doctors and the interns must juggle several transplant surgeries at once, each coming with its own set of obstacles." In this sneak peek, we see this chaotic situation gives Jackson (Jesse Williams) a chance to exercise his new authority. A conference meeting will shock everyone. Apparently there's a meeting in the conference room that will shock "everyone," both docs and audience members. Fun fact: Chanda Wilson (Bailey) directed this episode! It was her eighth time behind the Grey's Anatomy camera.
