Pretty Little Liars Season 3 Spoilers: Is Jason Dead? Here’s Photographic Evidence!

Pretty Little Liars viewers have noticed that the circular scar on the dead body seen at the end of last night’s episode (Season 3, Episode 23: “I’m Your Puppet) is consistent with Jason’s (Drew Van Acker) stab wound from earlier in the season. Jason has been top of our potential victims list since his disappearance from the hospital coincided with Spence’s corpse discovery in the woods, but we didn’t want for it to be true!

For those who need a refresher, Mona was seen dressing a stab wound Jason somehow acquired in Season 3, Episode 14: “She’s Better Now.” At the time, we were skeeved out that Jason was hanging with Mona, but now we’re just worried we’ll never see those chiseled abs again. If Jason is dead, was it because he was a member of the “A” team who stepped out of line? Or perhaps he was getting too close to the truth about Ali’s murder?

We’re not sure what to hope for in this situation. Emily’s mom said that the body was that of a young man in his late teens or early 20s. As far as we can tell, that basically narrows the potential victims down to Toby and Jason. Sure, we didn’t want the body to be Toby, but that doesn’t mean we were willing to throw Jason under the metaphoric bus! But the evidence does not look good for Jason considering we’re quite sure Toby will appear in the Season 3 finale and we have no such guarantee for Jason.

And poor Spence. She either loses the man she loves or the half-brother she just recently found out she had. This can’t be good for her mental health recovery.

Who do you think the body belongs to? Who do you want it to be? Let us know in the comments below!
