Glee Video of Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass”/Mariah Carey’s “I Still Believe”

Check back later to watch a video of the full performance!

American Idol judges Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey have caused a media frenzy with their feuding. Now, Glee is doing it’s own take on a Nicki/Mariah feud.

Blaine (Darren Criss) is getting blackmailed by Sue (Jane Lynch) in Glee Season 4, Episode 16: “Feud” — she’ll do anything to get him back on her Cheerios — and these two decide to fight out their differences by doing a mashup of Nicki and Mariah songs.

Blaine starts off the face-off with an emotional, sweet rendition of Mariah Carey’s “I Still Believe,” a Brenda K. Starr cover she released in 1998. Sue later steps in with her own cover: a can’t-miss rendition of Nicki Minaj’s 2011 hit, “Super Bass.”

Sue Sylvester. Crazy wig. Crazy outfit. Cuh-razy rapping.

Long story short, it’s fantastic. Somebody get Sue Sylvester in more song performances like this one, stat!

This episode was full of plenty of other great mashup battles. Will (Matthew Morrison) faced off against Finn (Cory Monteith) in a mashup duel of ‘N Sync’s “Bye Bye Bye” and The Backstreet Boys’ “I Want It That Way.” Unique (Alex Newell) and Ryder (Blake Jenner) battled it out with Elton John’s “The Bitch Is Back” and Madonna’s “Dress You Up.” Which of the mashups did you like most of all?
