Hollywood can officially welcome a new husband and wife: Alison Eastwood and longtime fiance Stacy Poitras have sealed the deal. The two were married yesterday, March 16, in an intimate ceremony set at the Saddlepeak Lodge in Calabasas, California.
People reports that the 40-year-old bride, who is a director, model, actress, and designer, wore a 1930s-style gown designed by Les Habitudes. Groom Stacy, a sculptor seen on the CMT show Chainsaw Gang, looked dapper in a silver-tinted suit. Philip Press designed the pair’s wedding rings.
Proud papa Clint Eastwood was of course among the attendees, as were a flock of other Eastwood peeps including Alison’s mom, Maggie; her brothers Kyle and Scott (who acted in Clint’s film Trouble with the Curve); Alison’s sister Kathryn; Clint's current wife, Dina; and Stacy’s brothers Mark, Matt, and Bobby. The happy couple beamed to People, saying, “We are thrilled to be surrounded by our family for this very special day and appreciate their love and support as we begin our married life together.”
The couple kept their relationship on the down low for years, and it wasn’t until last December that, after five years of clandestine loving, Stacy proposed to Alison.
We send our warmest congratulations to the bride and groom. Have a great honeymoon!
