In a blog for People, Lisa admitted that training for the competition has been challenging, with practices lasting between four to seven hours a day. While the busy Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsstar was hoping to balance her duties as a restaurateur with her new gig, she’s found the juggling act more difficult than she imagined.
“I assumed that I would fit the dancing into my busy schedule but not so — it really all just takes over your life,” Lisa wrote. “I have a new found respect for the professional dancers as I struggle to reach just a minuscule amount of the perfection they achieve!”
While DWTS is a competition, that doesn’t mean Lisa can’t make a few new friends! So who has she become closest with so far?
“Dorothy Hamill is a darling of a woman, whom I have bonded with,” Lisa Vanderpump wrote. “Boxer Victor Ortiz is hilarious — and basically everybody has so much support for one another.”
It sounds like her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars could learn a lot from the teamwork exhibited on Dancing With the Stars.
