Once Upon a Time Synopsis For Season 2, Episode 18: “Selfless, Brave and True”

Once Upon a Time Season 2, Episode 17: “Welcome to Storybrooke” was a blast from the past, taking us back to when the curse first hit town, but now that we’re back in present-day, what’s happening? The spoiler-y official synopsis for Season 2, Episode 18, “Selfless, Brave and True” has finally been released, and luckily enough, you can find it below!

Read spoilers at your own risk! For more on Wetpaint Entertainment's philosophy on spoilers, click here.

The official synopsis is:

“While Mary Margaret goes off on her own in an attempt to come to grips with what she did to Cora and how her deed has affected her, she stumbles upon August, who has hidden himself away from the others and is completely made of wood — ashamed at the actions he has taken in life; and Emma is shocked when Neal invites his fiancée, Tamara, to come to Storybrooke. Meanwhile, before the curse was cast, August is introduced to a man of magic who may be able to prevent him from turning back into wood — but at a steep price."

This shows that August/Pinocchio is indeed returning and reveals that we’ll be going back in time again as he tries to fix his wooden problems. Based on the Canadian promo, we know that will be with the help of a healer called The Dragon. Hmm...

Plus, with Neal’s fiancée, Tamara, coming to town, we know there’s trouble in the air. But will we discover if she’s a fairytale character, too? Hopefully!
