Holly Madison: I Want to Lose 40 Pounds of Baby Weight in Six Weeks!
Holly Madison is a new mom with big plans.
The Girls Next Door star gave birth to her baby girl Rainbow earlier this month, and now she's hoping to shed her baby weight quickly in order to perform onstage soon, according to In Touch.
She says that she gained 40 pounds during her pregnancy, but now she's hoping to get back down to 110 pounds in six weeks so she can star in another sexy Vegas show.
“We’re putting a gym in our house, so I’ll be doing yoga, Pilates, and cardio,” Holly reveals.
In addition, she's going back to her extra-healthy diet dominated by green smoothies, coconut yogurt, teas, and vegetable stews. We're losing weight just by thinking about that diet.
Holly says she doesn't have any plans to resort to losing fat surgically for the time being.
“I want to have more kids,” she says. “Maybe when I’m done, that will make sense.”
We're impressed that Holly is so healthy, but we think she looks amazing at any size!
