Snooki and JWOWW Team Up For a New Workout Routine! (PHOTO)
Our girls Snooki and JWOWW have been living super healthy lifestyles lately, following strict meal plans and making sure to get plenty of exercise. Snooki even lost a whopping 42 pounds recently as a result of her trainer “kicking her butt into shape” at the gym, bringing her down to a tiny 109 pounds.
While JWOWW has always been a gym rat, often going with the boys on their GTL missions, her BFF Snooki didn’t work out as much. Snooki spent a lot of her time at the Jersey Shore house day-drinking, sleeping, and snacking on junk food, but of course that’s all changed, and now she’s fitter and healthier than ever.
We love that even after the show ended, and in spite of their busy schedules, these guidettes have been spending tons of time together. Recently, they even teamed up for a new intense workout routine.
For the uninitiated, Barry’s Boot Camp is group fitness class that combines cardio with strength training, and is a favorite fitness routine of many celebrities. Sounds like a great experience for these two!
