Amanda Brown Talks The Voice Season 4: See Her Favorites Thus Far!
Amanda Brown won over America on Season 3 of The Voice. The Team Adam contestant wowed audiences with her impressive rock covers, her most notable being Aerosmith’s “Dream On” in the live shows.
Sadly, she didn’t make it past the Top 6, but the future's looking bright for this singer! Amanda’s currently writing and recording her debut album and writing weekly recaps of The Voice for our friends at Parade Magazine.
This week’s premiere piqued Amanda’s interest in several ways. Here’s some of what she had to say:
Ok…can I just say, I want to be Shakira when I grow up! Killer body, unique sound, and then she pulled out a harmonica (a la Stevie Wonder meets Joan Jett) and gave the boys a run for their money. My kind of gal!
I really enjoyed the energy of Midas Whale’s performance. I found myself tapping my feet as I listened to them jam out on the acoustic guitar and accordion. I was very close to grabbing one of my friends and breaking into a full on dance! Duos on The Voice haven’t won in the past but if I were to root for a duo possibly winning, at this juncture, Midas Wale has my vote.
