We can only imagine how hard it is to be South Dakota’s only hairstylist and diva. That’s why we’re not surprised Teen Mom 2’s Chelsea Houska is in need of de-stressing. But how does the reality TV mama intend to relax? By doing hot yoga, of course!
The teen mom went to Twitter to talk about her plans to get some relaxation.
“Definitely looking forward to my hot yoga class with@CalliRaexo tonight to relieve some stress!#dealingwithidiots,” Chelsea tweeted. And we couldn’t agree with you more, girly — dealing with haters can really bog you down.
Chel-Chel has been really vocal online these past few days about getting her fitness on. Not but a few days ago, the single mom to 3-year-old Aubree talked about wanting to participate in pole dancing classes!
While we may have to pass on the pole dancing, we definitely wouldn’t mind seeing Chel-Chel give it a whirl, though we can see hot yoga being more her speed. Can’t you just imagine Chelsea in a heated room, sitting in lotus position, and chanting “ohm”?
Coincidentally, yoga is really good for pole! Yoga is all about body awareness, control, and flexibility. And if the Teen Mom 2 star needs a little help, she can always hit up yoga extraordinaire, Teen Mom 3’s Mackenzie Douthit. By the looks of Mack’s yoga skills, Chelsea can learn a thing or two!
