So, does Mer have Alzheimer's? The official synopsis for the episode reveals that "upon receiving some unsettling news, Meredith and Derek take preventative steps for their children's future," which doesn't bode well. And in this sneak peek Bailey (Chandra Wilson) tells Mer that "you have tested positive for more than one of the genetic markers for Alzheimer's." Of course, Bailey also adds that "this test gives us a tons of information. Some of it’s clear and some of it isn’t." We'll find out more when the episode airs.

A mysterious outbreak. The official synopsis also warns, "multiple pre-op patients develop infections, causing one doctor to wonder if she is at fault." Based on the preview of the episode, it sounds like this outbreak could cause major problems.

April comes clean. April (Sarah Drew) "decides to come clean to Matthew regarding the truth about her virginity." Do you think that could lead them to break up?

Docs here to learn. We know very little about this plot, which the synopsis mentions: "Syrian doctors arrive at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital for a crash course in basic surgical skills that they plan to apply in the field." How does it tie in to everything else?

Major drama. Jerrika Hinton (Stephanie) says this episode "is all kinds of DRAMALLAMARAMA, MAMA."
