Khloe Kardashian Shares Secrets to Slim Figure — And Her Guilty Pleasures!
Khloe Kardashian is looking seriously fab these days, so it's only natural to wonder, how the hell does she keep so fit?
Khloe dishes to OK Magazine about her gym habits at the McDonald’s Premium McWraps Launch Party in Los Angeles — which is more than a little ironic in itself!
"I switch it up because I get really bored," she reveals. "So I do either Pilates or I go to Equinox gym and I make sure I do cardio."
She’s also a big fan of circuit training, particularly the parts that involve duking it out with a punching bag.
"I love to box. I’ve always boxed. I just love it. I’m good at it. I get the circuit really well. Like, when they yell out numbers, I’m really fast and good with it, and it keeps me really entertained. I don’t get bored, and you shed weight when you do it."
But the reality star also admits that it’s hard to make it to Beverly Hills to see her trainer, Gunnar Peterson, so she often has to work out solo.
"Right now I just really try to go on hikes or something. I work out at least four to five days a week at least. I try."
The 28-year-old also admits that she has a "bite or two" of sweets when she needs a treat.
But then comes what could be Khloe’s most bizarre reveal yet. "Someone puts, like, a king-sized Hot Tamale box by my bed every night and I don’t complain because I sit there and I think, ‘Who the f—k did this?’ And then I do think that someone is sabotaging me, but it's so good, so I never question it."
