Real Housewives Star’s Store “Horrid,” Say Activists Who Vandalized It
And here we thought the biggest problem any Real Housewives star would have to deal with is the other women on the show.
Real Housewives of Vancouver star Jody Claman's high-end boutique was vandalized on March 21, and now a group of animal rights extremists has taken responsibility for it, according to CTV News.
The Animal Liberation Front admits to attacking the clothing shop, Glass House Couture, due to Jody's history of wearing and selling fur.
“During the night of March 21, we descended upon Vancouver to visit her horrid store,” an email from the ALF reads. “We squirted foul liquid in the door to destroy anything it touched. We also reminded the Glass House that they are under surveillance by signing our name ALF in large painted letters.”
The group claims it has no plans to stop targeting Jody.
“Get it through your head — if you continue killing them, you will continue hearing from us,” says the group.
For her part, Jody has said that the furs she sells are secondhand or purchased from ethical suppliers.
“I don’t believe in killing innocent animals,” Jody says.
This situation kinda makes the drama on the show seem like a piece of cake, right?
