We recently caught up with NeNe at the Bravo Upfronts in NYC on April 3, where she shared some insight on why the situation is close and dear to her heart.
"She’s my little sister and I’ve definitely rallied around her because, when I was going through my divorce, none of the girls supported me. And it was a very tough time for me," NeNe explained.
NeNe added, "When’s someone going through a divorce — and I’ve known many ladies in my neighborhood going through it who I see at the gym or at the grocery store — and they seem fine, now I know that they’re not. If someone’s going through a divorce, they’re not fine. You really should, if you have a moment, pull them to the side and say, ‘Listen, I’m really sorry for what you’re going through and if you need anything, I’m here for you.’ Because it’s definitely a tough time."
We're happy to see that Porsha has had a great support system during this period (even Kenya Moore had some sarcasm-free kind words), and even happier to see NeNe back with her best friend and soon-to-be-husband-again, Gregg.
Are you surprised to hear NeNe claim that none of the women supported her during her divorce, not even Cynthia Bailey?
