Vampire Diaries Fashion: How to Dress Like Caroline For Your Senior Prom
After dissecting the synopsis for Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 19, it’s pretty clear that the gang’s Senior Prom won’t be all corsages, punch, and dancing cheek-to-cheek. With Elena still emotionless, Caroline’s not quite feeling in the party spirit. In order to talk some sense into the newly turned vamp, Stefan and Damon decide to crash the event. Unfortunately, Elena flies off the handle, forcing Matt to seek help from a certain blonde Original.
So, per usual, we can expect this Mystic Falls dance to go like all the rest — horribly. But that doesn’t mean the girls won’t be looking their Friday best! In fact, we think this might be Caroline’s most gorgeous look to date. (Though we do secretly wish she had Klaus as her arm candy.)
If you, too, are gearing up for your own Prom this year, take a cue from Miss Forbes and her Sherri Hill gown. At $898, it’s not exactly a wallet-friendly option, but we’ve wrangled up some similar versions, and for a fraction of the price!
For an old-Hollywood number that’s sure to turn heads, check out this trumpet-style dress with a glass beaded bodice. ($299)
If you’re hoping to keep your look a bit more subdued, Xscape’s cap-sleeve mermaid gown ($209) has ladylike appeal.
And if money’s not an issue and you want to go all out, Theia’s beaded strapless stunner ($1,995) will be the talk of the night!
