Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Heather Dubrow Thinks Alexis Bellino Owes Her an Apology

The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 8 premiere kicked off in style with a fancy clambake held at Heather Dubrow’s sprawling estate. But one OC housewife was noticeably missing from the group gathered at the party.

In her Bravo blog, Heather discusses why Alexis Bellino wasn’t included in the festivities — and explains why she’s still holding a grudge after the RHOC Season 7 reunion.

“After the reunion last year, I held out the proverbial olive branch (champagne), and then Alexis and I stood in the parking lot and apologized to each other for a lot of hurt feelings and misconceptions,” Heather wrote, explaining how sorry she was for calling out Alexis in front of the other housewives in Costa Rica last season. In turn, Alexis apologized for insulting Heather’s acting career.

However, not long after their truce, Alexis gave an interview and “said things that were very unkind,” according to Heather.

“It really hurt me because I thought we were in a new place,” wrote Heather. “She has her own opinion about what happened after the reunion, but from my point of view I went into this season feeling betrayed by her and that is why I didn't ‘want her in my life.’ I felt she owed me an apology.”

Heather also defended her decision not to invite Alexis to her clambake.

Alexis had no relationship with me, Tamra, or Gretchen,” Heather wrote. “It didn't make sense.

When Jim and Alexis are in their house talking about my party, Alexis says I should apologize. I feel I already did. I was still waiting for mine.”

Guess we’ll have to watch the rest of Real Housewives of Orange County Season 8 to see if that apology ever materializes!
