“I was ambushed and attacked,” John told NorthJersey.com adding he still has “a mark on my forehead from a stiletto heel.” John filed a criminal complaint including assault and terroristic charges against Jac, Chris, and Joe, but now the trio has filed a counter-complaint.
So far, the detective in charge of the investigation said no official charges have been filed, but the police report notes that there were obvious bruises and scars on John’s face and body. According to John, Chris and Jac threatened to kill him, over a remark made about the couple’s autistic son, Nicholas, which John claims he never made. Joe Gorga, on the other hand, joined the fight over accusations Johnny made, stating that his wife, Melissa Gorga, was cheating on him.
Luckily, the Real Housewives of New Jersey camera crew were there filming the event and were able break up the altercation, but the damage has already been done, and we will most likely see it all go down when the show returns for its fifth season on June 2.
