Spring has sprung, birds are chirping, and it's time for the Teen Mom ladies to whip their post-baby bodies back into shape for bikini season and it looks like Teen Mom 2’s Chelsea Houska is working on her fitness like Fergalicious!
We think all of the Teen Mom mamas look amazing (especially when you consider they pushed little humans out of their lady parts just a few years ago), but the brunette bombshell has started kickboxing classes, and apparently the feisty workout is kicking butt in a major way!
"And hoooly ballllsss I'm sore from kickboxing last night," Chelsea tweeted on April 9.
For those of you who spend your waking hours eating cheese puffs on the couch (guilty!) kickboxing is a high-energy workout devoted to ... well, kicking and boxing. If Chelsea keeps up the good work, we have a feeling she'll be flaunting her assets on the beach in no time!
And by "the beach," we clearly mean some kind of backwoods water park — South Dakota is most definitely a landlocked state. But hey, we like that the Teen Mom 2 star is all about getting her fitness on.
We’re so inspired by Chel-Chel’s exercise kick, that we’re currently wearing leotards in hopes that Olivia Newton-John circa 1980 will find us and teach us how to get physical.
