TheReal Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently explained that her scary blackout was caused by a combination of exhaustion and a viral infection. However, that didn’t stop her from doing her best Cha-Cha-Cha during the DWTS Week 4 performance show. Not only did Lisa have support from the judges — who went easy on her this week — but she also had support from her Dancing With the Stars 2013 castmates.
“It’s tough. The cardio that you’re doing, if you’re not used to it, you can get exhausted,” Mark Ballas told ET after the show. “For people who have never done it before, it takes a toll on the body. I’m glad she’s doing better.”
“I love Lisa,” Mark added. “She’s one of my favorite people ever.”
Season 16 favorite Jacoby Jones also commented on the physicality of Dancing With the Stars. “Long day, short nights. That’s what it feels like,” he said. “Dancing is like a mile that never ends.”
DWTS pro Sharna Burgess told the ET cameras that Lisa didn’t even want the footage of her scary fainting spell being shown at all!
“She’s an incredibly strong woman. She didn’t want that footage shown. She wanted them to delete it, but they wouldn’t delete it,” said Sharna. “It shows how hard she’s working. For her to go out and dance in the state she was in, because she was unwell, she’s an amazing woman.”
Sharna’s celebrity partner Andy Dick added, “She killed it tonight.”
Ultimately, D.L. Hughley summed it up when he told ET, “We all are a team, and a family, and we want everyone to do well.”
Aw! We’re happy to see the Season 16 cast supporting one another. Whatever happens, these Mirror Ball contenders put their DWTS family first. Watch the video below for their full reactions.
