Charlie Brown Voice Actor Pleads Guilty to Stalking His Ex-Girlfriend
Peter Robbins, who voiced Charlie Brown in the Peanuts specials as a kid, pleaded guilty on April 10 to making criminal threats and stalking, according to ABC News.
Peter reportedly had been stalking his ex-girlfriend and her plastic surgeon, and he now faces up to three years in prison when he is sentenced next month.
Peter, who is 56, apparently paid for his then-girlfriend, Shawna Kern, to get a boob job.
However, their relationship ended with an incident of alleged domestic violence, and he then threatened Shawna and her doctor to try and get his money back. Sounds like Peter wasn't making the breast decisions.
"I'm going to find you in Sun Valley or wherever the f**k you live, and I'm going to kill you," Peter allegedly told Shawna in a voice message.
Peter was discovered by Hollywood as a child and first became the voice of Charlie Brown when he was just nine years old. He voices Charlie Brown in such classics as A Charlie Brown Christmas and It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.
If Lucy were around, we can imagine she might refer to Peter as a blockhead.
