Sean Lowe Dishes On His Next Challenge: “The Tougher The Better”

Much like Fergalicious, Sean Lowe loves nothing more than working on his fitness. This Bachelor hunk is world-famous for exposing his taut six-pack and upper-inner thighs to the world (our eyes, guys, OUR EYES), and his newest workout challenge? The Warrior Dash, otherwise known as the world’s largest obstacle race series.

"A couple of years ago I heard about Warrior Dash and that it’s an amazing race so I signed up with friends and had a blast," Sean told Fitness Magazine on April 10th. "People dress up and have fun. We had the time of our lives. Afterwards you can eat, listen to music and hang out with your fellow competitors. I told myself I’d do it every year. I wasn’t able to do it last year because of filming The Bachelorette so I’m happy to be able do it this year."

Because, as we all know, exercise is always more fun when you get to "dress up" and binge eat hot dogs afterwards. Of course, Sean is already in great shape thanks to his current stint on Dancing with the Stars, so we have a feeling The Warrior Dash was a walk in the park for him.

"It’s challenging but I feel like I’m in extremely good shape now from all the cardio," Sean says of his DWTS rehearsals. "We have about 6-8 hours of rehearsal a day. I have fun performing and feel comfortable...I love the challenge of learning a new routine. The tougher the better."

Wow, sounds like Sean is even more dedicated to his workout routine than we are to our "sitting on the couch and eating" routine. No wonder this guy is built like Hercules!
