It sounds like Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo won't be Hollywood parents for much longer.
In an interview with ABC News, Nick said that he and Vanessa are planning to raise their son Camden John in Nick's hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.
While the 98 Degrees star and his beautiful wife both live in Hollywood and have successful careers, he admits, "I've never embraced the idea of raising my kid in L.A."
Nick continued, "I want to move back home in a few years when Camden starts school. Vanessa and I share a common understanding that family is the most important thing and we both appreciate the idea of raising our kids around their grandparents and cousins."
The move should be pretty easy, since Nick already owns a home in Cincinnati, right next door to his brother Drew, who is raising his two children.
Nick already has adorable visions of their kids playing together, too.
"I can't wait till [our kids] are running through the woods together like Drew and I used to," he says. "It's going to be a lot of fun to watch them grow up together."
And let's hope there's room to spare in the Cincinnati house, because Nick says that he and Vanessa are open to having more kids.
“We’ve definitely talked about having more than one and having one has only strengthened that. But my brother and I are almost three years apart, so I thought that was a nice age difference. So maybe in a bit!”
One thing is for sure: that's one adorable family.
