Kim Kardashian Sex Tape Could Have Been Prevented?
She’s baaaaaaack! Ellen Kardashian shared some more thoughts on her late husband Robert Kardashian’s kids with In Touch Weekly recently, as part of their The Complete Kardashian Diaries Special. Today’s topic: what would they be like if Robert was still alive?
“Majorly different,” Ellen said. “For starters, the sex tape (the 2003 video of Kim and ex-boyfriend Ray J that was released in 2007) would have never happened. He would’ve never allowed that.”
Sadly, Robert passed away from esophageal cancer in 2003, and now Ellen is embroiled in some less than pleasant business with her former stepkids Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Kardashian, as well as their mother Kris Jenner. The family is currently suing her for releasing Robert’s alleged journal, full of family scandals.
But Ellen still had plenty to say about the way the Kardashians rose to fame and fortune, and how Robert’s presence would have altered it.
“They are successful now,” she admitted. “But I think they would have been successful in a different way – not in Hollywood and definitely without Kris Jenner’s involvement. My husband was very disappointed in the end. He wished he could have stayed on this earth longer, because he knew exactly what was going to happen the second he was gone.”
Kris really bears the brunt of Ellen’s interview wrath, because another hot topic was her adultery. According to Ellen, Robert started getting suspicious when the Rob was just a baby, and a friend confirmed his fears when he saw a strange man driving a new car he’d bought Kris. She evidently apologized, and Robert accepted for the sake of the kids, but she was then back at it a few weeks later.
So, what’s Dr. Ellen’s diagnosis? That Robert wasn’t famous or an athlete, which is all that Kris wanted.
“She always wanted someone famous, but Robert wasn’t famous,” Ellen divulged. “He was an entertainment attorney and this guy Kris was seeing (Todd Waterman) was a soccer player. Robert told me she was always obsessed with athletes.”
If you say so, Ellen! You're the (*cough*) expert.
