Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd Look To Expand Their Restaurant Empire
There's no rest from reality TV.
Despite being booted from Dancing With the Stars and ramping up for Real Housewives of Beverly HillsSeason 4, Lisa Vanderpump was spotted seeing to her real reality of the restaurant business.
Lisa and hubby Ken Todd were spotted in West Hollywood deep in conversation over a proposed spot that would serve to expand the reach of their restaurant empire.
Ken, a former English footballer, has made close to $100 million over the past 30 years as a restaurant/bar owner, with Lisa making contributions in a large portion of his projects. The interiors of Ken's 26 different properties have all been designed by Lisa, including two that are native to California: Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills and SUR in West Hollywood.
But even with all his success, Lisa jokes that Ken hasn't found that same golden touch as a cook in his own kitchen.
"No, [Ken's] really not very good at it," she told Glamour recently. "When he says he’s going to cook, I say, 'Oh, OK, can we talk about it first?' I don’t want him to, though. He’s my man. I love being a mother and a wife, and to me, there's an absolute joy in making yourself indispensable to your loved ones."
No word on if Ken and Lisa pulled the trigger on the property they were inspecting, but they do seem to be in the hunt for something! What do you think of their potential new business venture?
