Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Gretchen Rossi: Alexis Bellino Claiming to be Bullied Is “Disgusting”

This week's party on Real Housewives of Orange County had more than its share of drama, and Gretchen Rossi is explaining her role in it.

"Obviously, as mentioned in previous episodes, I take a very strong stance on the usage of the word 'bully,'" Gretchen writes in her Bravo blog. "I believe Alexis is attaching herself to a very serious issue that is the 'catchphrase' right now hoping to have people feel sorry for her, and it is disgusting."

"This show is elective, bullying is not," Gretchen continues. "If you don't like it, then get off the show."

Gretchen defends calling Alexis "pretentious," saying that she "said it out of love." Uh, okay.

She also feels Vicki Gunvalson deserves some blame for the night's craziness.

"I know Tamra was having a really hard time with having Alexis come to the party, and I think it was not cool of Vicki to even put Tamra in that position," Gretchen writes.

Gretchen also explains that, even though Lydia McLaughlin feels she is the coldest Housewife, she doesn't agree.

"After seeing [this week]’s episode, I’m even more confused by her comments, because I felt like I was very nice to her when we meet," Gretchen says. "I even stood up and shook her hand with both of my hands and said 'it was very nice to meet her.' So I’m not sure how that came off as cold."

"Unfortunately, when she was asking the other questions, it was awkward because everyone on her side of the couch was staring at me with evil eyes and judgment, so that is why I kept them short and sweet," Gretchen continues. "I’m sad that it came off as being cold to her."

We're hoping things between the ladies get better throughout the season, but they certainly can't get much worse than they are now.
