Amy Winehouse’s Dad Reacts to Beyonce and Andre 3000’s Back to Black

The Jay-Z-produced soundtrack for the upcoming The Great Gatsby is getting lots of attention, and it isn't all necessarily good.

One of the more highly-anticipated songs on the soundtrack is Andre 3000 and Beyoncé's cover of Amy Winehouse's hit Back to Black.

Today, DJ/producer Mark Ronson — who co-wrote the origninal song — premiered the track on his East Village Radio show, which you can hear below.

This remake has not been warmly received by all, though. The Huffington Post reported that earlier this week, Amy's father Mitch told The Daily Mail that the new version "doesn't bring anything" to his daughter's song.

Now that the song is online, Mitch took to Twitter to react:

Back when just a snippet of the song had been released, showcasing Beyoncé's part, Mitch tweeted: "I like Beyonces cover and have no probs."

Sounds like Mitch is a fan of Queen B's cover, but isn't too happy with Andre 3000's part. Oops!

The soundtrack also includes new music from Florence + The Machine, The xx, Lana Del Rey and Jay-Z himself.

The Great Gatsby soundtrack will be available digitally and as a 17-track deluxe edition exclusively at Target on Tuesday, May 7.

In the meantime, listen to the cover of Winehouse's hit and decide for yourself. Check out the track below, ignore the lady saying "East Village Radio" every few seconds, and let us know if you love it or hate it!
