The Voice 2013 Knockout Round Schedule Change: April 30 to Have Extended Episode
Sometimes The Voice 2013 is so good we wish it could be on every night of the week. And while our dream won’t come true anytime soon, this week’s knockout rounds will give us more singing than ever before.
The battle rounds are over and the victors have moved on, but this week each team will go from eight to four, losing half of its artists in the upcoming knockout rounds.
But trying to fit every knockout into three hours (two on Mondays and one on Tuesdays) proved to be too daunting for NBC, so the network extended Tuesday’s knockout rounds to two hours, running from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
Now we will attempt to make it through the knockouts in one week with four full hours of exciting television. In the past, some knockout rounds have been put in montage format, but hopefully the extended air time this week will help to eliminate those pesky clips and give us more singing than ever before!
Those who move on from the knockout rounds will go on the live shows next week where America will decide their fate.
