Grey's Anatomy

Grey’s Anatomy Season 9, Episode 22 Spoilers: 8 Clues From the Sneak Peeks (VIDEOS)

Grey’s Anatomy Season 9 gears up for its finale tonight (May 2) with Season 9, Episode 22: "Do You Believe in Magic?", which is the last episode before the two-part season ender. What can we expect from this episode? We've already rounded up the biggest spoilers about it, but if that's not enough for you, we've also taken a close look at the sneak peeks to find out what they reveal.

Bailey still breaking down. Despite being officially cleared of infecting her patients, Bailey still blames herself. But at least her hot hubby is in town to support her.

Locking everyone out. In that same sneak peek, we also see that Bailey is shutting her friends out while she tries to deal with her pain.

An apology. The solution? Everyone ambushes Bailey at the bathroom to say that Jackson wants to apologize (or, according to Jackson, they all do).

Alex and Jo are still awkward. Based on this sneak peek, Alex and Jo's relationship is in a bad place that just gets worse.

Jo and her boyfriend are still together? While Alex's slip-up last week apparently caused conflict between Jo and Jason, it sounds like they aren't actually broken up, since Alex still refers to Jason as Jo's "boyfriend."

A new doc in town. In this sneak peek, we meet Hilarie Burton's character, a new doc in town who seems to have some sort of past with Arizona — a connection Arizona is trying to cover up.

A medical challenge. While it looks like Hilarie Burton's main point in the Grey's story will be to stir up some sort of drama with Arizona, she's technically in town to help operate on a baby whose brain is on the outside (!).

Sawed in half. Finally, another case we'll see this week involves a magic trick gone very, very wrong.

Catch the episode tonight, May 2, 2013, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
