Khloe Kardashian Baby: “I’ll Have to Take Hormones” — But Is She Now?
Khloe Kardashian’s struggle to get pregnant has been well documented — both on her family’s reality TV shows and by the media. Her sister Kim is currently knocked up, and sis Kourtney is already a mother of two. Khloe’s been trying, perhaps harder than both of her sisters, but with no luck so far.
"I just wanted to be, 'Hey, let's have a baby,' and we would just have one. Kourtney did. And I wish that was the way for me," Khloe tells Cosmopolitan UK for the mag’s June issue (via Us Weekly). "But it won't be.”
In fact, Khloe says that getting pregnant naturally will just never happen for her. “I'll have to take hormones. I do want to have a baby, but I don't feel the urgency to have one this very moment."
There have been plenty of reports that Khloe’s already started to take those steps. Last summer, rumors flew that Khloe had started fertility treatments at an L.A. facility, but she reportedly had to halt the procedures just a few months later when she started work on The X Factor in October.
As recently as January, another report claimed that Khloe and husband Lamar Odom were paying $500,000 for a surrogate. Of course, this rumor never even came close to being confirmed.
For now, it appears that Khloe and Lamar have put their baby dreams on hold. But if Khloe does want to make motherhood a priority in her life, she will have a way to make it happen. It’s just going to be a more difficult process for her than for most!
