After the blowout at Tamra’s gym opening party, she and Heather decide to get to get to know Lydia away from the rest of the group. Tamra tries to explain her mixed feelings about Alexis, and even Lydia admits to being confused about who Alexis really is.
Despite her Christian belief in forgiveness, Alexis still seems to struggle with her ability to move past what happened at Tamra’s party. Alexis’s husband Jim can’t understand why she continues to put herself in these situations expecting different results, and he urges her to stop taking the abuse.
Later, Vicki confronts her son-in-law Ryan about his negative feelings toward Brooks, and Ryan makes it very clear that he will never support their relationship.
