The Vampire Diaries

The Vampire Diaries Logic Fails For Season 4, Episode 21: “She’s Come Undone”

The Vampire Diaries is a show where witches can bring people back from the dead, vampires kiss humans instead of ripping their throats out, and werewolves have silky smooth chests when they haven’t transformed. And we accept all of this without blinking an eye. Yet it’s the little things that make us scoff and say, “That would never happen.” Check out the biggest logic fails from Season 4, Episode 21, “She’s Come Undone.”

Matt just got the ring.
The Salvatores suddenly like Matt (Zach Roerig), so they put a Gilbert ring on it? Damon (Ian Somerhalder) pocketed it back after Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) died and has never liked the QB, but someone should’ve been advocating for him to get protective jewelry. Let’s just hope it’s permanently attached to his finger from now on.

Mystic Falls High has Italian classes?
Mystic Falls High School has roughly three teachers and one of them gives Italian lessons?

How is Matt the only one failing?
We loved “valedictorian” Caroline (Candice Accola) gasping in shock over Matt’s failing grades. Right. He attends school the most out of anyone. Bonnie (Kat Graham) missed roughly a month of classes while visiting her family at the start of senior year — not to mention going MIA after her most recent trauma. Sure, we get having vampires as friends is distracting, but Matt didn’t even go on a Canadian vacation with them!
