Nashville Music: Gunnar Sings “Beggar Man” in Season 1 Episode 20

We're so worried about Gunnar Scott (Sam Palladio). Mostly because he took the stage during Nashville Season 1 Episode 20 “A Picture From Life’s Other Side,” was completely covered in sweat and feelings, and then proceeded to belt out another one of his brother's tunes.

Usually we're attracted to Gunnar and his tragic man-bangs, but his performance of a yet-to-be-titled song about his brother's time in jail was beyond. Like, we couldn't handle this hunk's oozing sexuality. And we don't use the term "oozing" lightly.

Gunnar's song might have made him popular with the ladies, but the tough-guy lyrics got him into a bar fight with some random jailbird and landed him in the clink. Check 'em out below (or what we were able to decipher, anyway)!

Rich man, poor man, beggar man, thief
Ain't nobody never caused your momma any grief
First time, nevermind, third shot, character (?)
Found that I'm a fool beyond a shadow of a doubt
My momma could have seen me in this prison and it'd break her poor heart
Said, my momma could have seen me in this prison and it'd break her poor heart
