Ingo admitted to E! that he "expected" Tuesday's results show to be the end of the line for him.
"My talent was just a little bit below [the other contestants]," he explained. "I'm just happy where we ended up."
His pro partner, Kym Johnson, agreed, adding, "If there was a Mirror Ball for most improved he'd get that!"
Given that Zendaya, Kellie, Jacoby, and Aly have been the clear frontrunners for weeks now, Ingo definitely has the right attitude. For Ingo, the real competition was to beat out Andy Dick and Sean Lowe for a spot in the semifinals, because that was as far as any of them could reasonably hope to get. He did that, so he should be proud!
