So how did she lose all the weight? She has been vigilant about getting more excercise, including lifting weights, jogging, and playing basketball and racquetball. We're exhausted just thinking about it all.
She also makes it a point to take 10,000 steps and do 50 sit-ups every day. And to keep her on track, she even shares a photo of her pedometer on Twitter each day to show how many steps she's taken.
"New challenge," she tweeted on April 22. "Fifty sit-ups every night for 30 days. One glass of juice per day — the rest all water. Try to get a pedometer, 10,000 steps a day."
"If you dedicate the rest of your life to try to make it the best of your life, you'll make no excuses," she added on May 10.
