Jenelle Reaches Out to Fans After Her Arrest: “I’m Okay, I Promise”
Trouble in paradise, y'all! Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evansturned herself into Brunswick County Jail (aka her home away from home) on May 20 after failing to show up in court to face cyberstalking charges filed back in 2012. This infamous mommy turned herself in at around 4:30 p.m. and was released less than an hour later on a $1,000 bond.
As you might expect, Jenelle stayed Twitter-silent in the aftermath of her address, causing many fans to fear that she hadn't actually been released from the clink. Well, don't worry! Girlfriend simply needed some alone time following her ninth stint in jail.
"Morning world. I'm okay, I promise. Yes I forgot my court date yesterday but got it taken care of within 10 mins. Still sick, staying on bed," Jenelle tweeted on May 21, adding "It's funny u guys think cuz I haven't been on twitter I've been in jail, I got in and out in an hour. Wasn't a big deal. Now getting off, bye."
There's no denying that this has been a tough week for Jenelley. First she was hospitalized for a lymph node infection, and now this? How much more is one gal supposed to take?
